Washington Freedom will look to carry on their winning momentum in the Major League 2024 season when they meet Texas Super Kings at Church Street Park in Morrisville, North Carolina on Monday.
Our match against TSK on July 8 is scheduled to start at 3:30 PM ET (July 9, 1:00 AM IST). The MLC 2024 game will be available to watch on LIVE streaming and broadcast.
We started off our MLC 2024 campaign in style with a four-run win over MI New York in a rain-affected match on Saturday at the same venue.
Saurabh Netravalkar was our star with the ball picking up three wickets whereas captain Steve Smith top-scored in the contest with an unbeaten knock to see us through.

WF vs TSK, MLC 2024: Players to watch out
Netravalkar bowled a splendid spell against MINY providing us with timely breakthroughs to restrict the opposition. He was rightly awarded Player of the Match for his 3/24 in four overs.
Smith took the attack to the opposition targeting MINY’s pace spearhead Anrich Nortje in the powerplay, during the chase. He smashed two sixes and two fours to plunder 22 runs in Nortje’s first over. That helped us to be ahead of the par score when the game was stopped due to rain.
Both Netravalkar and Smith’s performance in our opener was encouraging and will help us put a strong performance ahead in the season.
Marco Jansen and Akeal Hosein were instrumental in our victory against the Texas Super Kings last season. Both left-armers bowled tight spells picking up two wickets each to scuttle TSK’s chase in the earlier stages. They are the other players to watch out for.
