Andries Gous is a wicketkeeper-batter who was born in South Africa and represented the country at the U-19 level. After several years in South African domestic cricket, he moved to the USA in 2021. He made his international debut for the USA in 2024 and created history by becoming the first batter to register 50 scores in each of his first two matches in both ODIs and T20Is.
